Happy Earth Day !

Citing security concerns that bikes might be secret pipe bombs, NYPD officers clipped the locks of hundreds of bikes along Houston Street this morning in preparation for President Obama's speech at Cooper Union. The bikes were unceremoniously put in the back of the truck. There was no prior notification of the bikes needing to be cleared along the route by NYPD and onlookers were not given information as to what would become of the bikes. Happy Earth Day!

It seems that the President is no longer your new bicycle, but NYPD's overzealous response to his visit is your reason for needing to get one.

Cycling & Barack Obama

Looks like Senator (D) Barack Obama is riding his bicycle huh. But isn't the bike is a bit too small for him? Also, the rear tires obviously need some more air. Ah, what the heck! I like this guy. In my opinion, he is the right person for the president post. Forget about that 'white-hair dude' of the Republican nominee. I'm sure that Barack and his team will bring change to Washington and hope to millions of American. After all, economically, they are really in deep shit courtesy of the Bush Administration & the Republican Party!
